Not a great dealership if you're planning on buying from out of state!

Worked with Anthony in sales and he was great to work with! Really responsive, seemed honest, and just a genuine guy. We negotiated price, came to an agreement, and I thought everything was good to go. I started to make financing and shipping arrangements and the next day Anthony told me his manager wanted to, "try and sell the car locally," instead of selling it to me. Our deal was off.

WHAT THE HECK!??

What a waste of time! This dealership doesn't value you unless you live locally and can stop in. BEWARE. Don't waste people's time, have your sales guys negotiate pricing for over a week, only to have a manager pull the plug. It's super dishonest and shady! Then you have the nerve to blow up my email inbox with generic, special offers and dealership nonsense. Such a joke. IF YOU DONT WORK WITH OUT OF STATE BUYERS THEN SAY SO!  

I've bought 8 cars out of state and the process was as smooth as possible. Things started off that way with Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside, and then went south really fast.

Great dealership! Competitive prices and Mike Hinkley is an awesome sales guy! Definitely would go back to this dealership and Mike again in the future!

This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from William Scandalis at this dealership.  I couldn't be more thrilled with the purchase of my new Jaguar XE and with William's impeccable service  and attention to detail.  I would highly recommend this dealership and William:)

Do NOT trust this business. Today I was watching Top Gear and remembered the story I had with this business. 

Several years ago, I was looking for job in this business. They gave me the interview opportunity. I was from China, I knew that China had one policy that allow Chinese at overseas brought one car back to China tax free. During the interview, i told this to the guy I had the interview with. This guy looked cunning but I still didn't expect after he and his manager heard this tip, they just let me go. 

From this small story, I guess you can see what kind of businessman you are facing in this business.

Worst costumer experience I ever experienced. Nobody bothers (greets/or ask why you came there/ what do you need/ etc) when you step in there- everyone acts as if there are super busy even though there are no customers!! They simply walking around!!! I would rather go to Audi or BMW in Rochester Hills and buy... because of this experience! 
Especially, stay away from Derek
