Do not get servicing!

Friend had a car serviced there recently and they said she could have a rental car when she dropped it off. She showed up a few minutes late (which happens) and they denied her a rental. Instead of bringing her home, they dropped her off at the nearest bus station (15 minutes from our house) and she ended up in the middle of the square because she had never taken the busses. Later they called and said some parts broke and the car wouldn’t be done until the following day. She explained she needed a car for work and they said she needed to be there within the next 2 hours to get a rental. So I drove her over to pick it up and at least 5 employees were outside smoking including the woman she had been working with. When we asked what parts were broken she just stammered that she didn’t know and gave us the keys. Needless to say the servicing was earful (how do you not know what parts you broke?) and the customer service was even worse. Would not recommend to anyone and my friend will be going to Walmart instead.

We bought a 2016 Tacoma from Woodrum.  Very nice to deal with, the best of 3 dealerships we tried.  Green in Springfield were insulting, a group of salesmen laughed at us when we asked for a "cash discount".  Shottenkirk in Quincy were rude as well.  The salesman kept saying "make us an offer!" when we asked for price on a used vehicle.  Then when we did, he took the offer to his superiors, came back 5 minutes later, and said that wasn't enough, then turned and walked away.  We bought from Woodrum based on how they treated us, at the first encounter.  Price was not involved.  Since the sale, we have heard nothing from them.  Not that we needed to, but Toyota emails us ALL the time, so we thought maybe Woodrum would show some interest in us, after the sale, as well.  Not going to hold that against them.  Well, maybe I will, so I'll knock off one star.   I have also had dealings with there service dept on a vehicle I did NOT buy from them, and they treated me well, and prices were fair.  I would buy there again.
