Very friendly and helpful! They answered all my questions and concerns and helped me get the best deal I could!  I am very happy with my new Buick Encore.

Service department was very helpful.  Once they figured out there was no bracket for a front license plate for my vehicle, which was not purchased there,  one of the guys came out,  drilled a couple of holes in the front bumper for me,  attached my plate,  and sent me on my way. Very nice.

Scheduling was easy. Communication about the repair and the time frame involved was very clear. We were also given a nice loaner during the repair period. They also fixed an open recall item while the car was there. Both original issues appear to have been repaired correctly. Very pleased!
