Story

We are a production craft brewery located in Laurel Maryland. In addition to serving our beers to hundreds of restaurants, bars and retailers across the state, we also operate a tap room with a capacity of 150ppl. We offer 8-12 different styles of beer for purchase by the pint, sample flight and growlers to go. Food trucks are present onsite during normal business hours.

My wife and I went to Jailbreak with some of our friends for our birthday and couldn’t have had a better time. When we entered the taproom our party of 12 scrambled to find the first open table that could accommodate at least a few of us. We settled on a larger table with 4 chairs. The owner Justin immediately noticed our situation and brought out 4 more chairs for us. We ordered beers (of course) and some food from the newly opened kitchen. As we were enjoying the beer and the surprisingly delicious food Justin came back over. He informed us that a high top table large enough to accommodate our entire party had opened up and he had saved it for us. Needless to say we took him up on the offer and enjoyed the rest of our night there. To sum it up, the food is great, the beer is great, and the service is exceptional.

I accidentally sat down at a reserved table, and Jennifer, my lovely hostess, was so nice, that getting turfed out was actually a true pleasure!  The entire staff was friendly and attentive, but not overly so. They have started serving food now, and it is good and reasonably priced. I had the deviled eggs, soft pretzels and, of course, beers.  :-)

Even with a full house the place was open and not claustrophobic. The beer was so so but I didn't try every single one. There was strictly bar food available. Take home growlers, six packs in cans, coasters and mugs were the souvenirs of choice. One giant TV on one station was entertainment with music playing on the background. Not a bad place in an industrial complex.

Really fun spot, with a lot of unique beers. The Scollville Jalapeno IPA is a favorite of mine. They have food trucks, but they just opened a dedicated kitchen so you can grab your beer and bar food!

If you want a place that is low key to hang out and destress after work, this is the place. Absolutely great atmosphere and the wide variety of beers is fabulous, you will definitely find one that you love! The kitchen addition will only make it that much better (granted the food trucks that come by are excellent). It is convenient and easy to get to and certainly high up on the list of favorite places to go.
