Story

Dear Customers,

I have a passion for enjoying great food with my family and friends. As a youngster I was always grilling at the family picnics and knew I wanted to pursue a career in the hospitality field. After many years working as a Paramedic | Firefighter (of course I was the station chef) I attended The Restaurant School in Philadelphia and earned my culinary degree. I then worked for more than 10 years in high volume themed restaurants in the Washington, DC and Baltimore area as I was formulating my plan to open a restaurant that had great comfort food, with a casual environment at an affordable price. Kloby’s Barbeque was found, now known as Kloby’s Smokehouse, BBQ Restaurant and Catering.

I invite you to join us for some of the best finger licking BBQ you ever tasted. Every item is made on premise from scratch from my very own recipes that were taste tested and modified until everything was perfect.
