The drink was great!!! The staff ignored you, as they were making other drinks. I stood there for about 5 min... until she said I will be right with you.... 5 min later she came to take my order, I wanted a raw juice waited 10 min to tell me they are not making any raw juices.... you think some could of said.... no raw juices today, if that was needed.  I just ended up getting a smoothie was delicious.  Jamba teach your staff customer service!!!!

Very helpful, pleasant staff and delicious drinks!  Always great to stop here and get drinks when in the area.  Only complaint is the condition of the store.  It looks run down or rather like it has see better days.  It seems clean, I imagine as it can be, but it looks like cabinets, displays and general conditions are falling apart and ghetto.  It doesn’t seem to affect the quality of the drinks or the smiles of the staff but not very pleasing to look at while ordering drinks.

First off who owns this place? This place has not been cleaned since who knows when. The grime and build up is ridiculous. The last couple of times I went I almost felt bad for the employees because they only always have 2 people working.  But both times the staff here moves with a snails pace. Don't order if ur on ur lunch because your wait will be like you ordered an 8 course meal. Today was my 3rd time in the last 2 months going ..I walked in and right out. The line was ridiculous and a man was canceling his online order because he had been waiting for a long time already.

I visited this Jamba juice 3 times in a row. The first time it was closed at 5pm the 2nd time I went a week later there was a be back in 30 min lunch sign. I waited and found out there was only 1 worker and a line of 5 was already formed. It took a while for me to get my order. I went back a week later and still only saw 1 worker that had a line formed out the door once again.

the drinks were super good i got the plant based mango drink i always get the other mango option but chose this one instead this time very similar taste but overall good !! it was close to closing time so they didn’t have pineapple juice but the flavor was still there they substituted it for mango juice which was just fine i would definitely come here again to try some more different drinks

The girls greeted me when I walked in and were very helpful. I ordered my drinks and got them in a timely matter.i reccomend jamba juice because it always taste good and it helps when your sick.Thank you again. I will definitely be coming back.

I typically love coming to this Jamba Juice location but I just had the worst customer service experience from the blonde hair guy with tattoos all over his body. I am not sure how someone could be so nasty and rude to a customer asking a question about the menu. I really hope he doesn’t come to work like this all the time- I ended up leaving without ordering to avoid any drama.

I have no idea why but this location's smoothies must blend in a higher ice ratio than other Jamba Juices. I get the protein berry workout from other locations in riverside and redlands, but it always tastes notably unflavorful when I get it from this one.

I usually don’t complain about customer service because 1. I used to work at jamba and 2. I still currently work in the customer service industry and this jamba is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had as a customer. My wife and I came about a week ago craving some oatmeal in the morning. The establishment opens up at 7am and we came in around 7:30. They didn’t have oatmeal. Not a problem at all… we decided to order a smoothie and call it day. Today, my wife goes in and I’m in the car waiting for her. She wants oatmeal again… we pull on the door at 7:15am… the door is locked. I understand maybe they had a late start in the day but when your store advertises 7am open the door should at least be open and can tell the customer why half of the opening tasks were finished. On top of opening late, they didn’t have oatmeal ready yet again… a worker told her it would take about 20-30mins. My wife gladly understands and said she was willing to wait for the oatmeal. Then their reply was “oh it going to take 30-45 mins now… what changed in the 10seconds of conversation. Did they not want to serve their oatmeal at all? My wife patiently waits almost 40 mins for oatmeal and leaves. Come to find out they got the order wrong. She asked for strawberries and blueberries, and they gave her bananas and strawberries… my wife is ALLERGIC to bananas. So waited all the time for nothing. My wife calls a bit ago to complain about her messed up order, and half way in speaking, they hang up on her! The person who answered the phone didn’t pick up until the 3rd call on top of that Please don’t bother coming to this establishment. Hands down the worst customer service experience.

Thanks! I was in Moreno valley visiting my boyfriend over the summer I'm from Pennsylvania  last year and I been wanting too go here for years.. I watch The ace family who's on YouTube and they always go, so I was dying too go!! And it was what I expected, better honestly!!  five stars!!
