If I could give zero stars I would. Some of the worse attitudes in the workers there and we've had two pretty bad experiences. Management doesn't care so don't bother asking for them. When we pulled up a little after seven the lights were out like they planned to close. The person who helped me and my step daughter was the rudest ever. Not sure what happened to good customer service when you are dropping $40 for sandwiches. The least they could do is be patient and respectful. Don't even bother with this place. Horrible service, even worse people.
The two guys working their don't want to be there, you can totally tell, and they should be let go and replaced with people who have pride in their work and want to be there. They had a bad attitude, don't care, are rude and in a hurry to get you out of there and total slobs. Plus I also think they were on phones talking, but with earbuds, because at times he saying stuff and asking questions, so I couldn't tell or know if he was talking to me or someone else. Very impatient and trying to rush the order process, just plain rude. I'm sorry but I'm not ordering for myself only. Four different sandwiches. So I need to take my time to get them made right. Plus these two guys were very sloppy, the sandwiches were falling apart and not wrapped properly. He just grabbed ingredients and throu them on, not careful at all. He was flinging things on. And stuff was all over the place. I ordered four soups as well and the container had soup dripping of the sides. Also, I had to ask for spoons for the soup, they just handed me the bags and I'm like can I get spoons and crackers that come with the soup. He looked annoyed that I asked. They also did not mark the sandwiches. I have never seen at any SUBWAYS I've been to where, they worked so SLOPPY, MESSY AND SUCH DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS. I don't think I'll be back to this location ever.
Quick and reasonable. Plus their Employees are very courteous and helpful on picking out what you like. 5 stars and more.
Most of the times I've been in the past I've had okay experiences. But as of right now they should make sure each employee is up to date with portions for each specific bread, wrap, or bowl. I was told a footlong gets a six inch portion today because of it being flat bread. But for general footlongs they recieve a foot long portion of meat. If that's the case market the flat bread as a wrap instead of a footlong because that would be false advertising. I use to work at subway a few months ago, unless they changed the formula they should advertise that to the customers. Because that can be considered false advertising. If you ask for a extra meat on a footlong it should still follow a footlong portion for ALL breads considered a footlong. And last time I check the flat bread came in a six inch and a footlong size.
Those two workers in there don’t help me that much. They stood there talking without listening to what I have to order. Usually u choose a sandwich first and then that go to the checkout, however they did the opposite of that. The sandwich they made is sloppy. Please find the right person for this job, no slack off.
Sandwich did not taste good at all. The wheat bread seemed old and crusty. Not fresh at all. Also, the lady making it didn't have the best Attitude, which, I believe, is why is didn't look good or taste good either. Will not be going back to this location.
Ordered the new call fresh steak and it was good however they charged me extra for mozzarella cheese and didn’t put bacon on my sandwich and according to your website all that comes included kind disappointment but whatever I guess
Honestly, I searched for a Subway and I thought that this was a mistake; how could there be a Subway just less than 2 miles away on Iris and Lasselle? I called, and sure enough they were open. They happened to still have the Artisan Flat Bread that I missed from the other location they only have White Flat Bread. Service was great, and now that I know that they're here, I'll be coming by more often. Thank you!
The workers are too busy running their mouths than working on sandwiches. Alissia reads off what I ordered and did not give me my cookie intentionally. Making me having to return to claim my item.
Don't let the manager make your sandwich because she makes them poorly very little of everything Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: YesDelivery: NoCurbside pickup: Yes
