I like the service they provided when I was there. It was my first time and I like it. I will visit again soon.
If i could leave 0 stars, I would. Submitted and paid my order through Jamba app and arrived 5 minutes before the recommended time for pickup. Ended up staying 15 minutes past the same time. In the meantime at least 10 different orders were delivered to walk-in and online order before anyone acknowledged my presence. The only explanation i received was fake "sorry". Needless to say that i will not be using the app anymore as staff clearly is not trained on managing the orders and will not be visiting this location again. I will also advise others on choosing different locations for a prompt service.
Me and my boyfriend got protein shakes added in our drinks and they tasted good. Friendly staff and good service!
Excellent service! Good music, clean establishment, staff was friendly, and washed her hands before making my juices. Unfortunately no more fresh wheatgrass, but that is my only con. Well worth the stop!

Thirsty Thurday deal! You get a large drink for the price of a medium. I am loving the Watermelon Breeze summer flavor! Another go to is the White Gummi or the Apple n' Greens plant based drink. My kiddos like the Razzamatazz or Banana Berry... although the Electric Berry Lemonade looks good and the yogurt bowl too! So many choices! Yumm!
The vegan blue sky was absolutely delicious! We went in on the hottest day in Portland and it was so refreshing and tasty! Cute shop and very friendly staff. They were very busy as expected but we didn't wait long at all. :
I love this place, the variety of drinks is really great. Due to COVID-19 I order everything online and whenever I go to pick up my order , it is always ready and perfect even after 5 minutes of ordering! Super friendly staff too, along with a clean place.
i always enjoy visiting this location. the staff is full of the kindest people! Jamie in particular made my day a lot brighter with her kind words and great service the pink haired girls are wonderful too! i look forward to stopping by again!
The smoothie was good. It didn't have a great vibe. You get the feeling the employees aren't well taken care of. They were nice and efficient, but they looked like they weren't very happy. Super disappointing Jamba doesn't give the option to tip with a card. Who carries cash anymore?? If I coulda I woulda. Maybe it's time to talk about a union?
