Stopped in for dinner today and ordered two sandwiches - the original italian, regular, wheat is pictured here. The service and quality were great and the bag was packed with care. Very happy with the visit and the sandwiches tasted great. Will visit again.Food: 5/5

At 66yo, I had never been before. My sandwich was wonderful.  Staff was pleasant too! Clean!!Food: 5/5

This is the best and freshest sub restaurant I have been to. They actually slice the meat and cheese with every sub that is made. Make sure you get the sub "Mike's Way" oil, vinegar and spices. They even have gluten free subs. I definitely recommend this place!!

My son's favorite sub shop.  For me they don't allow for much customization so I have a hard time picking something I really enjoy but for the most part the subs are large and pretty good.

Been here twice now and dont agree with some of the negative reviews being written. Both times i went in they were definitely understaffed but the young ladies working and the gentleman that was working tonight seemed to be doing the best they could. Like any sub shop the boards and prep table were dirty because the staff can not keep up with online orders and walk ins. If management is able to fully staff this location i believe it will be just as good as any other. From working in the industry though i know full staff still means a skeleton crew at night to save money for owners pockets so expect long wait times after 7:30. Also with two major manufacturing companies open all night they may want to consider staying open later than 9 to capitalize on the 1030, 11, and 1130 lunch times that these companies have.

After waiting 15mins in line with only 1 person ahead of me, Carrie completely skipped me in line to serve a white couple that obviously came in after me. Another employee had to take and make my order, plus ring me up! I forgot his name, but he did a great job after apologizing for Carrie’s conduct and ignorance. Not sure if it’s a race related issue here, but the customer service was  I will never spend my money here again at all

Yall need to chill on your oil and vinegar. My sandwhich was drenched. I've tried this place multiple times and each time its a tragedy one way or another. Won't be trying them again.

Bad customer service and the worst Jersey’s experience yet… Avoid this location and make a detour to the Tualatin location.  I have been going to Jersey Mikes for years now. Multiple cities in Oregon. Every location in the Portland area. My girlfriend and I get the #7 every time. We have literally never had a bad experience until this location.  I love Jersey Mikes and nothing else comes close because of:  1. Consistency Across locations 2. FRESH Always 3. The best customer service 4. Speedy service  This location failed on all 4 by:  1. Ignoring our bread request and choosing white. Turkey was pinker than normal and tasted different. 2. The produce was fresh but the meat and bread was an issue. 3. We were not greeted and Shor points was not working. We did not get our points. 4. There was a sign on the door that said they were unstaffed so they will be taking longer. There were 5 employees in the back of house and kitchen. One person was helping us.  To conclude this incredibly long review. An employee was having trouble keeping his mask on his nose and it kept falling. He touched his mask. The sandwich. He did this multiple times.  We will be avoiding this location.

So glad they opened this location at Cedar Hills Crossing. While there are a lot of places to eat at Cedar Hills Crossing north of Jenkins Road, the area south of Jenkins where most of the stores are lacks many options for a quick, inexpensive bite to eat. Service was quick, the employees are friendly, and the sandwiches are good. Thank you for opening this spot. I'm sure to be a regular here.
