I went in to ask about a problem I was having with a piece of my jewelry and I was treated horribly by the staff. I described my problem to the ladies standing around and I was told by one lady to just "deal with it". When I told them I shouldn't have to deal with this problem I was met blank stares and giggles. The only saving factor was Ray who took the time to look over my piece of jewelry and try to help me find a resolve. So thank you Ray.

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, they are very patience (they don't push you to buy), the store very charming, the products are unique, very good quality. And the best part is a Texas company, made in USA, made in Texas.
