The worst doctor ever , I do t usually leave a review but this time I have to. we got there the first time and place was crowded and no chairs to set , so we were told to wait outside , so we decided to reschedule. Now, the second time we went there it was pretty much the same thing so we waited about 2 hours and at the end they told us and another 2 patients that the doctor needs to leave and we have to reschedule. Plz don’t go to this place again he is waste of time

The staff claims Dr. Katz comes in at 1:30.. So, try to get a 1:30 appointment (which is the earliest they can give), then plan to arrive a little early to get ahead of the other 10 people that they scheduled for that time.. Then pray Dr. Katz actually shows up. I went there 4 times and never even got a glimpse of the phantom known as Dr. Katz. Good luck.. better yet, just don't go! - 10 stars

Very unprofessional!! Receptionist don't know how to talk to people we wait in the car for one hr and then they closed the door didn't answer the phone never ever going back totally waste of time very disappointed.

DOCTOR IS NEVER IN AND NURSES DO NOT CARE AT ALLL. WORST DOCTOR IN THE AREA. DO NOT GO. I REPEAT DO NOT GO. I WOULD GIVE A ZERO IF POSSIBLE.

James Katz should not be allowed by the State of New Jersey to practice medicine. His work habits are deceitful and place his patience in an unnecessary hardship. I called and scheduled an appointment with his office for 1:45 PM. I arrived at the appointment a few minutes early. When I walked into his very small waiting room I was shocked to see that there were 11 people already there. Every chair in the room was taken and one person was standing. After I checked in I had to stand and wait as well. Again the room was small and hot with no air conditioning or any kind of ventilation. I waited till approximately 2;15 PM when I walked to the receptionist and asked how much longer? I was told that Mr Katz had yet to even arrive! When I asked how this could be, I was told that this is the norm for the office. Mr Katz intentionally overbooks his patients so they are ready when he arrives! And still people were arriving. When I asked how long I would have to wait the receptionist told me maybe another hour to 90 mins once he arrived! By 2:30 I was out the door. This type of practice is unprofessional and should be sanctioned by the States physician regulators. How can someone, let alone a doctor, expect his patients to stand that long in such deplorable conditions? Is he so daft that he is unaware that he is inconveniencing the unsuspecting public? I have children I had to pick up from school and other priorities. For him to regularly accept this many patients and make them wait as long as they do is a deceptive practice. A license to practice medicine is a privilege and not a right. People who have suffered similar experiences should report him to the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs - State Board of Medical Examiners. You can google there information online and file your complaint. In addition to the practice of unacceptable waiting time, how about the conditions of his very small waiting area? What happens if his patients are elderly or children and cannot stand for over 2 hours? This is something Mr Katz and his staff must be aware of as the web is full of similar complaints. When I googled his name I was floored by the amount of unsuspecting members of the public complaining for the very same thing. I would give him a negative 5 stars if I could. Deceptive and pathetic is the best way to describe Mr Katz practice. Shame on him for having to treat his patients as he does.
