I have used Janis Shunta to deal with my auto insurance for 4 years. I recommend them to ALL of my friends! The reason is very simple--they are the BESTTTTT! They have always been proactive in getting the best quote for me. Whenever I receive the bills or letters from my insurance company, I just take a pic and send it to them. And they will contact my insurance company to figure out what's going on and get it taken care of for me. They respond to my emails and phone calls freaking fast. Sometimes I receive a correspondence email at 10pm because they work hard and care about you all the time. When I had a car accident or tried to make a claim, I called them rather than my insurance company. They reached out to my insurance company immediately and directed me what to do next. If you are looking for an insurance agency that treat you like a family, they are definitely the one that you can absolutely trust!!
