I love the selection!  We always find stuff there.  The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that the staff always makes me feel uncomfortable. I feel like they are snooty & we spend a good bit of money in there. I would still recommend it to friends. The prices are in line and they have a great selection.

We took 2 sets of skis and 2 boards in for a tuneup on a Monday after the lifts closed.  The tuneup guy barely spoke a word to us, he just looked at each item and declared "full tune" or "standard," had us fill out some blue slips, and took them from us.  The next morning, I was amazed to find gouges still in both boards, and one of the sets of skis!  A different tuneup desk guy was serving us that pickup day Tuesday a.m., and when I asked him about the unrepaired areas, his terse reply was literally "Well, you should have told the guy yesterday to fix everything."  Are you kidding me?  Both of these slackers shouldn't be working in a customer service position.  We'll never go to Jans for a tuneup again.
