Worst fitting boot I have ever owned. Foam is too firm and dose not break in. What you get on day one is what you get. Overpriced go anywhere else!!!

Like being bullied by self claimed experts, then this is the place for you. Surefoot has an interesting product but they fail at the most important part of customer service, that is, listening and understanding the customer. Some things to know, they require that you purchase their footbeds if you want to get custom liners. That's an additional $200+ on top of the liner price which is an average of $420. When they take a footbed image they have the customer stand in a an unbalanced narrow Muay Thai stance. What that does is exaggerate the amount of arch which means they're molding a footbed for a position in which you will never ski in. When is the last time you skied with one of your legs trailing at 45º angle? Best bet is to get heat moldable footbeds (Sidas makes great ones and Cole Sports staff are true pros and very helpful). Surefoot claims to guarantee the fit and this part is true. What they don't tell you is that you'll spend most of your time in their store constantly getting adjusted instead of playing on the mountain So if you're on vacation then stay away. Within a consecutive 4 day period of getting fitted I had to make several trips back to the store to get the liners adjusted and each time I noticed that some of the same customers were there getting adjusted. Now these are customers that I chatted with, most were on vacation and were disgruntled that a majority of their vacation time was wasted getting an expensive product adjusted because they were in constant pain. They'll tell you that discomfort and pain is to be expected for the first 4-7 days. They're right about the pain but they're wrong to think that's acceptable. No boot, if properly fitted should hurt that long. What's the best alternative? Intuition Liners. You can order online, perform the custom fitting at home and spend your leisure time on the mountain instead of in a boot store.
