Went to Jan's at the base of Park City to purchase a pair the new Fisher Vacuum Tech Boots, the week before Christmas 2011. I have really bad pronation and flat feet. The fitting was very difficult. I have put this off for 14 years, but my boots were literally falling apart so I had to get a new pair. The Fisher system seemed like a good choice for my bad feet. I want to say that the manager, Stephanie Humes was very straight forward, patient, and determined to give me the very best fit possible. The assistant manger Nate, was great as well, staying a number of hours after the store closed working with me to adjust the boot fit. I can say 3 things that should say all you need to know about where you want to shop. 1. The entire staff made me feel like I was their friend and were genuinely concerned that I am properly fitted. 2. I was never treated in a condescending way, a very refreshing change. 3. I felt very lucky to have chosen this shop with this staff to purchase my boots. I can honestly say it was probably the best place I could have gone in the country to get fitted. I have become a lifelong loyal customer to Jan's because of this experience!
