I've sent friends here before, but never went myself until today. This is a great shop all around. Everyone has a great sense of humor and attitude with every customer. The waiting room is clean and offers coffee. As for the service, second to none. I had a couple issues I wanted diagnosed with my car and they took care of them in well under and hour. They weren't big items, but they were very honest and upfront front about them, and didn't charge me a dime. I will definitely be returning here if needed in the future, and I will keep recommending them to friends.

Amazing turn-around time, no rework needed, available, professional, excellent staff, organized, thorough, responsive.

I can't say how happy I am with them.  They came well referred (from a reputable local mechanic and close friend who sold and moved) and have proven themselves to exceed expectations on every occasion.

Thanks Dan, Roger, and the rest of the staff.  You guys are great!

Was looking for a reliable, trustworthy auto repair center for a long time.  Did a google search and came up with the Japanese Auto Center.  Great place , great prices, and they stand behind their work.  Had an A/C unit place replaced in a 10 year old car, the unit quit working two days later and was replaced again at no cost and works well ever since.  Thanks for your excellent repairs at reasonable prices,

The ONLY place I will take my vehicle and I sincerely recommend them to everyone I meet. They not only care for your car problems now, but also alert you to problems you will have to come. They always send me an e-mail to remind of maintenance appointments and they are the most honest shop around! Not only is the staff personable, knowledgeable and nice, the waiting area is large and features coffee, computer/wifi access and even chargers for computer and phone equipment. The bathroom is also always spotless. Without them and their repairs, I would be without wheels ...serious fact! And their rental car service is the icing on the cake. I sincerely cannot give this shop enough stars for the service!!! A big thank you and a see you soon to everyone at JAC... :)

I've been going to Japanese auto for more than 10 years.  Danny always takes great care of us and our cars.  I know I can trust what he tells me, and I also know I'm getting the best price for the best work around.  It is a pleasure to highly recommend Japanese Auto- they are amazing!
