Outstanding customer service! I have been taking my BMW and multiple Mercedes here for years for service and have always found Pete to be fair, honest and reasonably priced. If your car is out of warranty, stop wasting money at the dealership and start going to Pete's Autohaus. You'll be glad you did.

We have used since we bough our first MB over 20 years ago. We turned to Pete's when we were dissatisfied with the dealer's approach to our needs. Pete was referred to us by a friend. Totally satisfied with the service. Does what has to be done and,will not no unnecessary service. I am also comfortable  that I do not have any concern that my wife being sold on unnecessary service..

We have been going to Pete's Autohaus for many many years with our two cars and always have been so pleased with their car repair work as well as their reasonable repair invoices. A great place to go to ! ! !

I've been a customer for over 30years.  The team at Pete's Autohaus are fast, efficient and very courteous.  Their ability to accurately diagnose problems have saved me thousands of dollars over the years.  Unlike many repair shops, including dealerships,  Pete will only replace those parts that are in a failed state, reducing the cost of repair.

It's a good honest shop.  Won't sell you what you don't need, and doesn't just "throw parts" at a problem.  Pete's a good guy that wants to address the actual problem & understand what's really going on with the car.  This is my first BMW and it can get a little crazy on the $$, so I'm glad I found these guys to help take the sting out of the upkeep costs.
