Previously worked with other jewelry stores, but have never had one that had OUTSTANDING customer service. I went into Jared's randomly to see what they had for engagement rings. Ended up talking with the Manager and Assistant Manager. Told them what I wanted, and worked close with them to customize the ring. It was very similar to a ring they had in the Neil Lane collection, so they took the ring out and sent it in with the custom order we had. The ring they took out of inventory was over $5,000, and it was out of inventory for over a month. I will walk in to this day and they use my name and make me feel like I am their number one priority, even if I do not apply for a credit card with them. I will not go any where else from now on. Beyond pleased!!!!

Great experience shopping at Jared! Could not be more impressed by the customer service that I received while shopping for my engagement. The staff was very helpful and informative throughout the entire process, and ensured me that I would be taken care of. I feel very pleased with purchasing at Jared, and my fiance LOVES her ring! We will definitely purchase through them in the future.

My engagement ring was from another jeweler, but they had closed so I went to Jared when I had a bent prong. The ring is 13 years old, and they recommended replacing the prongs, but couldn't match my original ones. When I went to pick the ring up, they had accidentally sized it down a full size. They fixed it for free, but I'm generally not happy with the experience - I didn't feel that they were apologetic at all.

I have had such an amazing experience with the South Portland Jared location! Their customer service is like no other. They are very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgable. I have a custom ring on order with them and have had to stop in for review, adjustments etc and they have made every visit and every experience so good for me. I have worked with Bernadette (Store Manager) and Denise (Assistant Manager), as well as Ashley and a few others. Such a great team and a great store!! :)

You would easily  believe the staff is part of your family, the whole experience of how,  in my case, you will present the ring, they are involved and genuinely interested. They covered for me, when I brought my bride back in the store, to make adjustments, without her even knowing a ring had already been purchased for her. Loved everybody and will be back for bands and more. Thanks a bunch
