I have been shopping at Jared for all my Pandora jewelry. Shelby is the best! Today I went in to do an exchange, as I have been busy and was told by Corey the Manager at the store that I am 7 days over the date for exchanges. So rather than provide a one time concession for great customer service, he basically told me that despite you being a returning customer, I will not be providing you with any of the great customer service I have come to expect from this business. Needless to say, I am a Director at my current job and have sent many families and employees to shop there, not to mention that my family's business have employees that I have sent to Jared as well. So Corey, with your lack of customer service you have costed your company a lot of money, as I am for sure will be letting all I come intact with (and I come in contact with a lot of people) not to shop at your store! Sorry Shelby, I will have to take my business elsewhere and I will be contacting Pandora as well.

These guys are the BEST!!!! From start to finish, customer service is absolutely beyond expectation, the quality and value of the rings we purchased were amazing!  My wedding ring is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!  Location is great!  The people are great!  The jewelry is high quality!!  I am SO HAPPY he went to Jared!!

Just had the most wonderful experience here purchasing a gift for my best friend. Staff was amazing and we found just the right thing - and it was within my budget!

Customer service was excellent. Billing has been a nightmare. When you go in and buy a necklace and get told up front "12 month no interest" that's what you should expect. I have had to call each time telling them to take off the interest accrued. If it happens again I'll report this to the BBB.
