My husband worked with Rana and bought me an incredible engagement ring in 2012. They were super nice and re-sized the ring twice to help make it a right fit for me.
In 2016, we worked again with Rana to upgrade my ring. She was nice and patient and showed almost all the rings in the store. She worked with us to customize a design we picked. She ensured that the ring was delivered to us on the day she quoted.
I loved my old ring and I am in love with my new ring as well. Highly recommend working with her.

This is the worst experience at a jeweler I have ever had. I spoke with 3 different salesmen. 1 was very nice and gave me and my fiancée great information. I wish I had gotten his name because he was the only one worth anything in the entire experience. 

The other two men treated us with rudeness and contempt once they heard that we had the diamond we wanted to have set so would not be purchasing it from them. It felt like they wanted nothing to do with us once we weren't worth as much commission to them. In the end we were helped but told our ring would need to be taken somewhere else to have our stone set. Apperantly they don't know how to work with platinum settings. They told us it would be ready within 1 week. Well it's been 10 days. We called and they had no idea what we were talking about. Took our number and said they would call back in 15 minutes. An hour and a half later we received a call that our ring would be ready by 4. But we have to go pick it up from their downtown location. While that isn't a big deal it was just kind of the last straw for me and is why I am writing this long review. Shame on these men for seeing us as not worth their time. Shame us for not taking our diamond, ring and running as far away from them as possible.

Sales person had an amazing knowledge of available rings

Longer review:  I bought my wife a ring 20 years ago, from a local jeweler that has since gone out of business.  It had tremendous emotional value, but got lost years ago.  I called Kassab to see if someone could fabricate a similar ring, and talked to John Chhim.  Sent him a crappy hand-drawn picture of what I remembered it looked like, and he called back in 45 minutes - he had such a comprehensive memory of all of their suppliers' catalogs, he was able to figure out that the original manufacturer still made the same ring, and find it in the catalog.  

I was able to replace the ring, and he was able to get it shipped very quickly and sized for a special occasion.  Saved me money and time vs. fabrication, and I was incredibly impressed he could locate one ring in the thousands they can order...  great experience, I highly recommend John and Kassab.

David assisted me with finding a ring for my girlfriend. He made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I cant say enough good things about David and the whole Kassab crew, not to mention how knowledgeable they all are. Keep it up.

I have purchased jewelry on many times over the years, in the U.K. & now here in Oregon, and I must say that the service and high quality of Kassab Jewelers, is second to none...
