Went to about 10 different stores looking for an engagement ring, Jared was by far the best! I ended up getting a custom ring and they were extremely helpful throughout the process.  Matthew was the manager that helped me and went above and beyond even talking to me while he was on vacation.  The ring was absolutely beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended, top notch service!

We had a horrible experience at Jared.  We ordered my fiancé's ring two months prior to our wedding.  A week before our wedding I contacted Jared and found out that my fiancé's ring had been cancelled due to a hurricane.  No one called us to let us know that we would need to reorder.  There was a deposit check sent back to our prior mailing address because we had moved in the two month span.  My husband wore a rubber ring on our wedding day.  Thank you Jared.

I shopped multiple jewelers for the perfect engagement ring and Jared's was the BEST experience I had.... Special thank you to Chris and Nick for their patience, expertise, and selection during my process.... This was the only store who followed up with me to check on my needs and offered the most flexibility during price negotiations..... If you're reading this post, don't waste your time by visiting other stores.... As long as those 2 are there, they'll take great care of you!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this Jared! I had such a fabulous time shopping here. I had some broken jewelry that I needed to get repaired and the sales associate, Nick, took really good care of me! He took in my jewelry in a timely fashion, provided more than enough information on what kind of work was needed, and I got my jewelry back the same time he told me it was going to be done! Not only that, but Nick also helped me shop around for matching jewelry to complete my look. Nick wasn't too pushy, he took as much time as I needed to look around and answered all of my questions. He was friendly, funny, and very knowledgable. We actually ended up doing a custom piece of jewelry and it turned out even better than I expected!! I will always return to Nick for future purchases and recommend to everyone else to go visit him!

High pressure sales tactics. Was completely turned off of buying there. Will take my thousands of chucky cheese tokens elsewhere
