Very frustrating service. Lied to us in order to get us to buy a warranty on wedding set. Now won't cover the two matching bands that are with my ring, engagement ring only, even though they were all purchased as one. They've had my ring for 3 weeks, was supposed to be repaired today. They called to tell me it hasn't been started yet. I am in tears. Manager "Amy" was very rude and had no answer for me. Beyond dissatisfied. $3,400.00 set and now they tell me one out of 3 bands is covered? It's been over 2 years since lifetime warranty purchased.

I was sick of the gimmicks and fake people at most of the jewelry stores I went to. And I went to a lot! Rogers was by far the best. Got the perfect ring for my perfect bride. Ask for Todd. He was super helpful and gave great customer service. Best prices. Best warranties. Best quality. They blow the others out of the water. Would highly recommend.

Anne and Midge at Jordan Creek were awesome! They are super sweet and the shopping experience felt like I was with girlfriends. =) Definitely recommend shopping there.

Recently my daughter got engaged and her fiance purchased their diamond at Rogers.  Since then they have a situation with their diamond and the only way to correspond for assistance is through an 800 # in Austin, Texas as no one is qualified to answer locally.  Frustrated and stressing experience.
