I can’t even begin to praise Kayla, Brianna and Chris for the way they handled everything involving my purchase. I came in to update my wedding ring since my 20 year anniversary was approaching. I was very scared and emotionally to take apart a ring that has meant so much to me for all these years. Kayla was wonderful through out the entire process and she allowed me to take my time to make this decision. The day I finally brought the ring back to have the upgrade done she sent me pictures of the finished work!! I was beyond excited to go back the next morning to pick it up. When I did Chris and several other associates helped me in so many ways. This entire experience was extremely emotion for me and when Chris came out with my finished ring not only was I shaking but I began crying!! The ring far met my expectations! It was gorgeous!!! I cried till I left the store and cried for another hour driving home. I still can’t keep my eyes off it. Thank to the entire staff at Jared’s in St Charles Ill. You are all so awesome and you have made a repeat customer out of me!!!

Kayla is wonderful. She asks all the right questions to find your needs and gets you exactly or better than what you are looking for or expect. She explains things so that you are close to an expert when you leave.Plus she lets you know what is up coming at Jared in the future.

This store is absolutely excellent!! My boyfriend and I were shopping for engagement rings and Jared was our first stop. We went to all the big name jewelry stores and I can confidently say no other store worked as hard to find a ring that I absolutely loved as Jeanine. Jeanine took so much time to really explain things to us since it was our first time shopping for rings, and we ended up coming back so they could order the ring of my dreams that we found at another location because this store is phenomenal!! It was overnighted which was absolutely fantastic and we ended up with a ring that was beautiful!!! We are so astounded by the customer service that we were shown and will definitely come back for my future fiance's band and all our future jewelry purchases!

Just to let the world knows how great this particular locations..Jared in St Charles IL. Every time I walk in...I always received awesome service.The quality of the jewelry..Diamonds , all jewelry item are equal to the staff and management at this particular branch..." Awesome ".The Best place to shop for quality Diamonds The Best to deal with Staff and management who knows how to take good care of customer... In particular..Ms Leslie, Ms Breanna, and Ms Kayla. Keep all your staff because they all, Wonderful. Keep up the good job.

Overall happy with the purchase I made at Jared but very disappointed with one sales associate and extremely disappointed with the Signet family of jewelry stores. Ended up coming to Jared because they came close to price matching Kay's %25 off sale on everything in the store. I purchased a band and ring at Jared because case is absolutely awful and messed up my order completely. The only problem I had with the transaction is one sales lady  blatantly lied about calling customer service and getting the price of the Ring I was supposed to get at Kay's and telling me it was marked up $400 more than they had it marked at Jared.  and they were going to give me a 25% discount off of that. I was pretty shocked and annoyed to hear that, but turns out when my ring finally did come in to Kay's ( after I had already purchased it at Jared ) it was marked at the same price as it was at Jared.  I just don't understand the need for her to lie and tell me she called customer service and found out the price for me. I was already going to purchase the ring anyways. This is what makes me hessitant about going to any Signet location. Signet owns almost all the big name stores like kays, jared, zales etc... but they operate as seperate franchises. But if you do need to go to a name brand brick and mortar store I do recommend this location. The store manager here is very nice and helpful. Just don't believe everything the sales associates tell you. Do your own research
