Please pay attention to the reviews of the store before you plan on buying anything here. They are one star for a reason. The level of incompetence at this location is mind-boggling. We placed a special order for an engagement ring and every single part of the process was wrong and misleading. Needless to say, the ring we ordered was not the ring that came in, not the price we were quoted, and actually never came in at all. Because the store it was coming from, or the special order Department ; I still haven't found out which one because no one seems to know, forgot to ship it out. And if it wasn't for the help of a lady from a completely separate jewelry store I would have never found out that the ring they ordered for me was the wrong ring. I called this location at least 12 times to confirm and make sure they got the ring right because the price was over $1,000 cheaper than the competitors store. They are assured me it was the right one. Until four days later after it was supposed to arrive the sales associate calls me and apologizes that the ring never shipped and guess what the ring is not correct. 4 days after it was supposed to arrive. If it wasn't for me calling consistently and checking up on it I would have waited till February until the correct ring was supposed to arrive. Which who knows if it would have been correct anyways. Canceled the order and never will be back again

Buyers beware. This location is terrible with customer service. They lie about their prices, which are marked up %15 above retail, just so they can try to drop them before you walk out and convince you that you're getting a bargain. They lie to you about when your jewelry is coming in if you place a special order and make up terrible excuses every time your item is supposed to arrive on its due date. Save yourself the headache and stay away

Near the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Extraordinarily passive aggressive, disgusting behavior from the woman manager. Do yourself a favor, if you value your conscience; stay far away from this place. I know they're all the same company, (Signet, Sterling) but you'll receive far better service at Jared, or at least a local privately owned jewelry store.

These people LIE!!!! I  bought a ring and had to get it resized. The store promised it would be ready in 2 weeks. I went into the store  2 days after it was promised. I was told that it was not sized correctly and would be ready in ANOTHER 2 weeks. I was told that they had called and left me a message the previous day. I showed the clerk that NO ONE had called me on my cell phone. Her comment was oh well! On the day that the ring was supposed to be ready for the SECOND time I called to see if the ring was ready.....It was not. I asked to speak to the manager she informed me that the ring had a chipped stone and the repair department was looking for a stone that matched in colour. This had been going on since it was sent in for resizing. I infotmed her of the LIES that I had been told and, the service I had recieved. She told me that there was nothing that she could do about that. I told her that I would be in soon for a total refund. When I arrived at the store she never apologised to me and just handed me my refund and walked away. I have let my family and friends know about my experience. Iwill NEVER go to another Kay jewlers again!!!!!
