If i was possible to give them less than 1 star, I would.  My husband, son, and I were in here to get an anniversary band for me. We wrote our name down in the front. We were not greeted. We found the band ourselves. Our name was called. The man looked at us asked if we were ok and then preceded to call the next persons name. We told him we wanted to look at the bands. 10 minutes pass. Now the 5 year old has to use the restroom. Our name is called again by a woman, she starts to walk over to us and just turned around. We left. The original man who called out to us and asked if everything was OK. NO! We were blatantly ignored. Absolutely horrible service. We took  our child to the restroom and went to Kay across the walkway. At Kay, we were greeted at the door and promptly waited on.We got my anniversary band there.

Anyways, horrible service at this location. I hope this is not representative of the whole company.

Terrible customer service they treat you like you're invisible. No we'll be with you as soon as possible. It's like your not even there, I was getting mad then I realized they treat everyone like this.

They were nothing but helpful and pleasant overall. We worked with Sue and she was very kind, patient, and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed!
