Came in for sandals. Only had one pair I liked withy size but apparently someone removed the sticker which left it looking extremely unattractive. I ask if the sticker from the other pair I wanted to purchase could be removed without causing damage or making it look unattractive. The manager with an unprofessional bulldog or cow nose ring between the nostrils said, No that it is what it is. Carelessly while brusing off the items with her hands like they were worthless merchandise. No options, no discount, no professional manager with sense of customer service.

Wow was it pretty messy, stuff was pouring out on the floor. Has a wide selection but I didn't like playing avoid that obstacle while shopping.  Ross was a lot more in order.

Always a favorite store but this place was WAY TOO BUSY for me. I dropped the clothes I chose and left because the tellers were not caring about being speedy. I'm a pretty patient person but it would have been an hour before checkout. Others around me also started to leave too. Can't beat their prices though!

Great customer service, friendly people. Find associate offering cart if you don't have one. And they say hi and ask if help is needed. ☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺☺

Love the selection. Customer service could definitely be improved. I have put my name on items a few times, and they are put back before closing.
