Lyle was very helpful. He gave us space to look around but provided information on any pieces we asked about. He helped showed us a piece they had on sale that best fit our needs. We had it delivered the next week! The delivery was fast and easy, the men even lifted the pieces of the sectional over our baby gates so that we didn't have to take it down. Great service all around. Would definitely return for any other pieces we may need.

Great furniture. No pressure sales ,unlike other places where they follow you around like your shadow(Bob's). Picking up the furniture was easy especially working with Jameson on the dock,a true gentleman. And extended insurance on the 3 pieces give us peace of mind. Will be returning in the future.

I purchased my living room set 1 year ago November. I had to use the insurance that I also purchased twice. I have an elderly pet that had an accident the first time...and they were very prompt about getting someone out here to clean it for me. The second incident a few of my boards in my sofa came apart. We called and they sent a guy named John De Riggi out to make the repair. He was great! Very polite and pleasant explaining how the damage came to be and how to prevent any damage in the future. In the event I ever have a problem...I would definitely request that he (John) be sent again! Our salesman (Aaron) was also very friendly...I will definitely be returning if the need arises in the future. Thank you for a great experience!

Sales professionals were helpful and not pushy. Worked with management to create the package I wanted. Delivery was prompt and delivery team was very careful moving the furniture downstairs. I love the set and will be adding to it shortly.

We purchase a TV stand/fireplace combo for $700. We drove to another location to pick up item. Service there was fine as well. However, there were no instructions in the box so I Googled the item and found a PDF of the instructions online. Purchased just a few days ago, so far so good.
