Jason's Deli at Brookfield Square Mall is a fabulous and yummy place to eat. The food is fantastic and all of their employees are phenomenal. specially Stacy and Jessica. Everyone at this location knows the meaning of cooking with love and they know the meaning of customer service.. I just want to thank you to all wonderful employees at Jason's Deli

Great family place to eat. The manager is awesome, food taste great. Everyone is always so polite and friendly. I really enjoy taking the drive to visit this place. Thank you for a great experience.

Jason's Deli at Brookfield Square. Visited at noon on a Wednesday and this place was pretty impressive. Had a super clean salad bar which contained all fresh goodies you might want on a salad. I ordered the half sandwich and one-salad-bar-trip deal. The sign said 8.59 and I was asked to pay about 10.70 (approximately); I don't know why it cost that much more, as I didn't order a beverage, but I didn't bother to ask. I asked about a half reuben and it was excellent flavor-wise (but super-mushy). Came with potato chips which were not noteworthy. Based on 4 brief interactions (besides ordering food) I can say I don't think the staff was too concerned or trained with customer service, but they weren't outright rude.

Great service and food and you get a free ice cream cone for dessert which includes twist flavor. They also have a salad bar too. Love that!!!

Terrible experience today for lunch at Jason's Deli. First, in the middle of ordering our food the clerk answers the phone, spends a good couple minutes on the phone and then I have to repeat my entire order. Then, as not having been to this location before, after placing my order I walk to the end thinking I will find drink cups for the two drinks that I ordered, no luck. I ask 2 gentlemen at the end of the line and both are clueless about where to find the cups and both try to give my dinky water cups when I ordered and paid for 2 drinks, finally have to go back and wait in line at the order clerk to get cups. Then, sitting at table with our number waiting on food and the girl delivering walks by twice before finding us and then the order is wrong. Bowl of soup ordered is a cup and there is no plate for the salad bar. She comes back with the correct order and brings no silverware to eat the soup or salad and when I inquire she points to the silverware for the other person in the group, I guess we can't both get our own set. Then I go to the salad bar, the reason that I have enjoyed this chain in other cities, and the salad bar in full but all the lettuce is brown. I known brown lettuce won't kill me, but I am not paying $10 for a salad to eat brown lettuce. I have to find a worker to ask if they have more lettuce, which they just dump on top of the brown lettuce already on the bar. Finally to end the meal, we try to get an ice cream cone and this area is completely disgusting and dirty. No cones in the entire first container, no spoons if you wanted a bowl, the few bowls present looked dirty and used, as well as the entire ice cream area being dirty. Needless to say, I have enjoyed this chain in other cities and was excited to eat here while running errands on the opposite side of town, but I have to say I will not be back based on my experience today.
