I called this Jimmy John's and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up and realized somebody must have forgot about me. I called back and no one answer the phone. The phone just kept ringing and ringing. So I waited 15 minutes called back and was put on hold for about 3 minutes. The gentleman took my order and I was ordering two of this two of that and so on. Basically it was for two people. This was at 11 a.m. in the morning so an hour before lunch and he tells me it's going to be an hour before they even get out there. 1 mile away....To which I said fine because that was right around lunch time anyway. 1 Hour and 15 minutes later he's finally shows up. I paid the guy over a 40% tip just because it's Christmas time and I thought it would be nice.  I open up my bag and here they shorted me one sandwich. So I ran him down and said they shorted me one sandwich he assured me that they would get another sandwich out here. Unfortunately I'm still waiting! Also I tried to call 4 different times during the course of the day and all I got was a busy signal. Far as customer service not even close to being good or even okay. Unfortunately they lost my business! Jimmy John's super fast, not!

Not recommended.  If you call in an order for delivery, expect a long wait.  Always understaffed for deliveries.  Papa Johns may be quicker than ordering from this Jimmy Johns!!!  Over a hour and a half wait, and some of the order was incorrect at their fault.  They tried to make me feel like a victim for calling them back for the correct sandwich.  Learn from this.

I can see why your sitting in a 2.5 star rating if you hire dumb drivers then expect them to use a little thing called GPS YIU IDIOTS. Took litterly a hour and a half and still couldn’t find the simplest site??? And got the lady in the background she even dumb for telling the driver where to go and was still wrong idiots work here for sure. My money better be out back in my card cause I will be checking my acct every single day!

Great group of guys this Sunday! Friendly, smiling, and talkative! The veggie #6 is their best sub yet!!

I have been here a few times now. The service is quick but the subs and the meat are low quality. Expect to pay $10 or more for a sub, Chips and a regular drink. Turkey is full of dark spots. Ham is very salty.
