Thank u for answering your phone on a Sunday night. Thank you for showing up on time and unloading our 16 foot uhaul. We were soo stressed out and u guys put our minds at ease. I will recommend you guys to any family or friends who are moving. Great job guys

Jays moving company, thank you for showing up on such short notice and unloading our 26ft penske truck from ASPEN and staging everything where my wife needed it to be. Also thank you for assembling crib; we will definitely recommend to all we know

Bad experience, bad customer service. They showed up 1 1/2 hours late, and damaged a $13,000 heirloom table and broke my washing machine. When I contacted them about the broken washing machine, the owner/operator declared it "electronics" and said that I had to have run a load on the day of the move to prove it worked. (We moved all of the actual electronics ourselves.) He's not going to fix it. 

Besides showing up late, he showed up without enough workers, installed the washer and dryer backwards (I will need to hire someone else to move them around), and set up the bunkbeds with the safety railing against the wall, so my son could fall out. To cut his costs, he didn't disassemble heavy furniture, which is how my table was damaged (trying to ram it through a doorway), and was extra hard on his men. They just decided they were done before the job was done and walked off. One guy was done after moving the washer. 

Unethical and unprofessional. I would advise finding another company.
