Wish I had the names of my two delivery men ... because they were FANTASTIC! Courtesy call in advance to advise that they'd be late with enough notice to prepare. Another call en route. They were so polite, so conscientious & went above & beyond as my install required a few door removals! Was hoping for the call to rate them - they get a 10!! 9-15-17 last delivery of the day of an LG fridge.

JBC Delivered my three new GE kitchen appliances and did a great job. All were carried in with no damage to the appliances or the house. Great job.

One of their drivers in the Woodinville area was on the tail of my car honking and flipping me off. Not very professional and the manager/owner should be made aware of this...Wednesday May 3rd, woodinville approx. 6:30 PM

I have had two deliveries provided by JBC Product Management over the last few years. Let's face it, as consumers we have gotten used to (although dislike greatly) the average customer service provided to society at large these days which is deplorable. JBC is that one shining example of excellence. When I bought my new washer and dryer a couple of years ago, the sales person had not mentioned that the new appliances needed a lot more clearance in the back because of the larger hoses. I have a very small closet area for these appliances. But the JBC delivery men did not even bat an eyelid. They suggested that the folding doors could be taken off and that would provide enough room. And they offered to take the doors off for me. They were nice, professional and went that extra mile. When I purchased my new stove a couple of weeks ago from the same store, I told the salesman that I hoped I got the same delivery guys because they really treated me well. I didn't end up with the same guys, but I did get the same delivery company and I was once again thrilled with them. They were fun and happy about doing their job and they explained everything I needed to do to get my oven ready to operate. Then, while they were testing it, they just went ahead and did a bunch of that stuff for me. The delivery men always leave a card saying that someone will call to get a performance rating and they hope that I will give them a 5. So far I haven't gotten a call on either delivery, but I would give both a 10 if it were possible!

The worst! I wouldn't use them to take stuff out of my house even if it was on fire. Damaged my brand new floor. Will not return my calls or e-mail, the person "Richie" is always "out of the office". Now I'm dealing with an insurance company to deal with several thousand dollars of repairs. I have rental properties and buy thousands of dollars of materials and appliances from Home Depot each year. I will be in contact with them directly. If they continue to use these clowns I will take my appliance business else where. I am hearing good things about Judd and Black.
