Aside from the convenience of the pod itself, their customer service is HORRIBLE. Charging different prices for storage or delivery without notice. Nickle and diming the customer around every corner. In total I think having one 16' pod for a month or so cost me almost $1000. Also, the pod showed up with wet paint. When I called to complain they said I had to call some other number. I got the same answer when I had a question about their pricing being all over the board. I will tell all family and friends to stay away from these crooks!

I have had a pod for a little over 2 years. They promised delivery friday between 230 and 5. Nope, they sent a guy to a town 115 miles away from where we actually have it. My husband spent hours dealing with them and again they primised to have it delivered by the end of the day. Still nothing. Saturday morning spends another 40 min on the phone. Finally get our pod around 3 and began to relax thinking the ordeal was over. Open the unit to find almost All of our belongings ruined. The units are not water proof nor are they animal proof. It was a very sad day and i could not be more angry. Paid a stupid amount of money just to destroy my belongings. Get a storage unit, little more work and alot less heart ache.

Everything went off without a hitch. The Pod arrived when it was supposed to, the delivery driver was friendly and polite. The Pod was moved when it was supposed to be, and it was delivered to a rural area without any issues. Excellent service, clean storage container, overall great experience. Would definitely use Pods again.

Excellent! Followed through with all contract provisions and excellent instructions upon delivery. Container moved over 2000 miles arriving ahead of schedule. Nothing damaged. Pickup was exactly on time. Highly recommend!

The delivery and POD container it self were in mostly good working order. The door was a bit rough but the unit did not allow any water in it during heavy rain. The main issue I had was the company not sticking to their word about pricing and not getting back to me. When I originally ordered my 16' POD over the phone I advised I had a coupon code for $100 off after three months of having the POD. I confirmed that I would get the $100 off after three months even if the POD was stored on my property. The representative on the phone insured I would get the $100 off after three months. After the three months passed I called and asked about the $100 off and was told that I could not get the $100 off because I was not storing the POD at their location. I told them I had been assured I would get the $100 off even when stored on my property and I was told I would be contacted in a few days. I NEVER HEARD BACK AT ALL. I was extremely disappointed and decided to have my POD moved to storage and then to our new home as soon as possible. Once I had the POD at my new home I called and had it removed right away so I did not have to pay any more money
