I have a great experience every time I go! I like to go when I think it will be less crowded, like during the week.I go when I have time, so I can relax and enjoy the experience. They take their time. There is very little chatting going on among themselves as a lot of places. I love the spa music. They offer me something to drink every time. I would not go anywhere else. My favorite nail salon!

the lady who did my full set and gel was amazing and super sweet. no complaints at all.

Okay...do they do decent nails, for the most part, yes. Are they nice, yes. Problem. I've made appts and always wait thirty to forty five minutes to be seen WHEN I MADE APPT. They are also very slow to do nails so plan on three hours to get pedi/ Mani. No joke. Very frustrating. People make appointments as they have other things in life they do and time is limited.

So, today after work I decided to go get my nails done for the wedding. I called ahead and was told yea, come on in. I was going to get a manicure and pedicure. I signed in, waited for about 20 min, went to the bathroom and came back to my seat. Two ladies that came in after me got sat down first, after that, I was put at a pedicure chair. I sat there for over 30 minutes without anyone coming over, or even asking me if I needed a drink. Finally a lady came over and started on my pedicure. I had to try to explain to her a simple design that I wanted at least three times. I even showed a picture. After she painted my nails, she then had another girl come over to have me explain it to her. She said yes i will do your nails. Then she walked away. After that, the woman got another girl to come over and do them. I explained it to her and she said ok. Then she walked away. Now, a the third girl came over and i had to explained and show her the picture. She was about to start, but noticed that the first lady put on nail polish that was so old (because the woman had to put something in it to keep it from clumping up) that it needed to come off. So the girl removed it and started again with a new color. She then asked me another time what design I wanted. I was so upset I said just forget it. It was almost 7:30 when I finally said I have to go. I spent almost 2hrs in there and still didn't get my toes painted right. I will say that they were busy, but I've seen them get other people drinks and their nails done with no problem. I do not recommend going to Jazzy nail bar.

This place is very nice and for the most part clean, however i tried the new "dip nail" aka SNS, and after only a few days all my nails were lifting, and within a week one popped off and i was able to pop off the rest. I also got a pedicure and same thing, all of my toenail polish has chipped. I will not be going back there.
