Those who know me know how seriously I take my hair. I have lived many places and have seen a lot of hair stylists over the years, but Dexter is by far the most talented and most professional I have had the pleasure of working with. Simply said, he is an artisan. With his knowledge and talent, he is able to create the most beautiful hair color that will keep you looking as stunning as the day you walked out of his salon; not to mention the compliments you will receive! I constantly get compliments on my hair no matter if it is day one or day sixty of my cut and/or color. He will always recommend products that benefit you and your hair’s specific needs and never product push anything unnecessarily. No matter where I live, I will always come back to him.

I absolutely love this place. I got my hair cut there about a year ago, and I don’t remember the girl’s name, but she did an excellent job. 
Just recently, I had my hair cut by Dexter, and he NAILED it. I told him what I wanted and what the last person (from a different salon) had failed to do. He understood completely, and gave me what may very well be the best haircut I’ve ever received from any salon ever in my life. 
Today, I returned for my color appointment, which was also with Dexter. Again, PHENOMENAL work! I am IN LOVE with my hair right now! 
Even when my hair didn’t want to cooperate with the lifting process, Dexter was able to come up with a solution that gave me what I wanted and saved us a lot of time.
Overall, I am thoroughly pleased with every experience I’ve had at Natural Alternatives. Every staff member I’ve come in contact with has been extremely friendly and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 
I highly recommend Natural Alternatives. I have yet to be even a little disappointed in their work.

Dexter is absolutely amazing!! I have been coming to see him for a few years, and every time I come in I am never disappointed! He is super honest, gives his opinion but also keeps what I have in mind as an idea. Every time I come in, I love what we come up with even more than the idea I had when I walked in!!! I would HIGHLY recommend him to everyone that I know. Absolutely love him and wouldn’t trust anyone to basically do anything to my hair!

Dexter Boone is a phenomenal stylist - he has been doing my hair for over 3 years. He has an amazing eye for matching color with your style and overall coloring in your face. I appreciate his knowledge and opinions when it comes to styling my hair. I've come to the salon thinking I want to do one thing and he helps me determine if it's a healthy option for my hair or if I would be happy with the style long-term, etc. I have not met a stylist that actually takes the time to share their opinion if they really feel the option they are wanting is not in the best interest of their client. I get my hair highlighted and mixed with base color as well as hair cuts - Dexter does it all and he rocks. I would absolutely suggest you ask for Dexter if you are coming to this location. Thanks for always making me look pretty!!

We stopped by last night to get some information and they were so friendly! I was so excited to try and get my hair done here while my husband is in town for business. I called this morning and wasn’t sure of my schedule today and the lady ( I think Shannon) was initially rude to start with. I called back later and she said they could get me in later tonight but it didn’t work for me, she then tried to tell me and my husband that she could get me in at 1:45 for a consultation but couldn’t do my hair till next week, then proceeded to say that the consultation would cost us money when it clearly is complimentary according to their website. I get it’s last minute but there’s no need to be rude and inconsistent, whoever is over scheduling needs an update on customer service
