I made an appointment to have a pedi Friday April 13. The man who did my pedi was done in 30 minutes. He just rushed through it. Was not a good experience. I won’t be going back.

I went at the last minute on Thanksgiving Eve because the place I had gotten my full set at 2 wks ago turned me around saying that they were closing.  At Sapphire Nails & Spa Inc, the gentleman who did my nails was really attentive, informative and nice to me.  He did a wonderful job on my nails.  This picture is a week old and my nails still look good.  I will be going back for my fill-in next week and I will be going to Sapphire from now on.

I went here with 1 friend, and when we arrived there was 1 other customer inside. When we arrived we had 4 people surround us and rush us to pick out colors and they threw around several different prices for the same services. We were rushed to seats and I had a lady violently administer a "manicure" and then slap on some gel polish that looks like it was done by a visually impaired 5 year old with Parkinson's disease. She then quickly stood up and took off with another female employee and they took off out the shop. Horrible experience. I disliked being there so much I haven't even bothered going back to see if there was any hope in getting them to refund me or redo my nails.
