New Balance is simply high quality. In the store purchasing shoes for myself and my kids, the end of season sales were AMAZING!! The guys were approachable and engaging (and with tweens, that can be a challenge) and we all left with what we needed after working through many options due to the challenges with our feet and our varied high activity needs. This store is a gem!

I highly recommend this store. The manager "Art" is extremely helpful and polite. A real gentleman and grade A+ salesman. I like new balance shoes because they last a good while with heavy use. I have wide feet and they accommodate that as well. Good product awesome people.

This store has some of the friendliest, most caring, and knowledgeable staff I have met. There is a big difference between just getting a pair of shoes and having these professionals find you the right pair of shoes. Highly recommend!

My daughter has had several surgeries on her feet and New Balance is the only brand she wears. It was time to move from kids to women's sizes so decided to check this store out. Tanner, the sales associate was wonderful. He took the time to measure her feet and was very attentive. I think we had about 8 pairs of shoes out at once! He made sure the shoes fit properly and that there was still room for growth. He made it very comfortable for my daughter and she got a pair of shoes that she had been dreaming about (bright turquoise). It was such great service, my other daughter got shoes as well. I would definitely recommend this store and definitely recommend Tanner!
