Made a 10:30 photo appointment for a Sunday morning and didn't sit for pictures until 11:15! Photos came out good, but keeping the kids entertained while the rest of the store was closed totally sucked.

I wanted to pay my jc penny charge card at register. But girl didn't know how to do it.i was in a rush and couldn't wait for her to call for help. Seems like a simple transaction. Oh well. Otherwise good service.

Good place for clothes but some can be over priced

Good deals, however they failed to deliver a bedroom set and two sofas. Never showed up on the bedroom set delivery date and when we called, they said it would be another 2-4 weeks. With the sofas, they called and said they didn't have the fabric for one of them, so they canceled the whole order. Said we could go back and re-order. No thank you.
