My husband wears a size 13 shoe, so since they didn’t carry it in store, I had to order online. That’s what the sales rep said. After getting them for Christmas, the shoes were too big and we ended up needing the size 12. When I tried to do an even exchange, they told me I couldn’t because I purchased them online. When I asked why, the sales lady just walked away. Like seriously, shrugged and walked away. I was at the store for over 90 minutes trying to do an even exchange. They tried charging me an extra $40 to exchange them. The supervisor “Ravi” gave me attitude the whole time, making me feel like it was my fault that the company has an archaic exchange policy. In the end, I still had to pay extra just to do an even exchange, all because they didn’t carry the shoe size I originally needed. I will honestly never shop at Sears again. The one I used to go to was great, but this one turned me off to that Brand.

Called to have Sears put on 4 truck tires. I was informed they do not put on any tires not purchased at Sears. Called at 12:42PM EST on 1/16/18. They lost my business forever!

The worst experience I’ve had with any company ever. Everything from the delivery to the installation has been a nightmare as others have described. Never ever again will I do business with this company

I recently purchased a mattress from the Pheasant Lane Mall SEARS branch. My experience, dealing with these guys, deteriorate rapidly. For starters, I bought my mattress from a brick and mortar store to support the employees who are taking a hit from the internet sales. They were extremely polite and helpful during the process of purchasing the mattress. Their behavior changed completely when I tried to get reimbursed throughout the match price policy that Sears advertises. The problem is that in the store they provide you with the final price of the product only at the end. When I asked for a price match, the salesman crunched some numbers and start giving me attitude. I regret to say that the process from the internet is much more transparent and care free and from my calculations it would cost me cheaper. I decided to tame my business elsewhere. Next time, I would make my purchase online or go to the Burlington branch were the empoyees are more helpful.

Among one of the worst experiences ever, this company has gone down hill over the years and I will 100% never return to buy another thing from them. Customer Service - awful, you get sent to another country to resolve issues and speak to a person that has the same personality as a robot. unacceptable. In-store experience, poor at best. Sales personal have no hustle what so ever, the sale takes longer than buying a car or refinancing your house. Unacceptable. Sales people looks slovenly unprofessional. I was looking to cancel an order for a dryer that was promised to me 2 days delivered after purchase. 4 weeks later they still dont have the product. Sears wont refund my card the $1000 for the item for 7-10 business days -- completely unacceptable, when I paid cash? Why do I have to wait all this time to get my money back. In the store I bought it from, not one person answers the phone to speak to me, It rings off the hook then I get disconnected. SEARS IS OFFICIALLY A JOKE... THERE COMPUTER SYSTEMS ARE OBSOLETE, STORES ARE A MESS AND UNORGANIZED, THE SALES PROCESS TAKES FAR TOO LONG.
