This is literally the WORST JCPenney Customer service I have EVER had to deal with. Not only did I order my product 3 weeks ago, and they only had half of it when I Spoke to their Manager Anne. THEN I go up there because I got a call that it was completed - they couldn't find my order and wouldn't do anything about it. I left - got another email that it was completed. I have been on hold off and on - transferred to MULTIPLE departments for over an hour. I understand being busy - but that is seriously POOR customer service - no one called me to tell me my order was completed. They still CANNOT find it. And just kept me waiting on hold...

Had a lot of clothes if you're extra small or extra large. If you're medium they are out of stock. Messy but it's right before Christmas.

I went to JCPenny yesterday to buy a couple of minnie mouse outfits for a friends granddaughter as I was shopping I decided to use their ladies room upstairs near the photography room . Let me say that ladies room was a disaster to use from the minute I walked in I could tell by the way it looked it had not been clean in weeks . I work in a mall myself as housekeeping and I know when a restroom hasn't been clean. I understand it's a public restroom but there's no reason for it to look like a jungle. JCPenny please keep your restrooms clean , if you want the public's business we want good service and that's a clean ladies room. We deserve a clean restroom. Thank you and hope this gets back to JCPENNY !!!
