Located in the Coral Square Mall, Journeys specializes in trendy footwear for young people. My daughter wanted a pair of Dr. Martens for her up coming trip to London and this store is the only one I know that carries them. Even so their selection is incredibly small, only two styles in store. Toms and converse are some of the other popular brands they carry. While trying to decide on shoes we were helped by the very excellent Mitch. My daughter tried on the pair she thought she wanted but the soles were so heavy and not suitable for long days of walking. After measuring her foot Mitch suggested another style that was similar looking but much lighter. Unfortunately they didn't have my daughter's size. He even called the other Journeys location in the mall. At this point I was just going to go home and order from the Dr.Martens web site but Mitch was such a help that I let him order me the pair he suggested from the Journeys site. It is getting shipped to the house with free shipping. This way if there is a problem with them I can just return back to the store instead of having to pay for return shipping. While in the store Mitch explained Journeys incredible return policy. I can return unworn shoes for a full 365 days for a full refund and worn shoes for 365 days for a store credit. While the price was comparable to buying directly from Dr.Martens, Mitch provided the customer service I needed to make the right selection. I would recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase trendy athletic shoes, casual shoes, and boots.
