It's been a few months since I've been here. I returned on Black Friday because I've seen their ad advertised everywhere. I got some huge discounts. There were new faces, and, there no more of that Carmen woman who made my first experience just awful. Mary, Michelle and Denise were so helpful and kind. They won my business. If it wasn't for my card coming in the mail, I would've forgotten to make an improved review.

The General manager Glenn helped me find a shirt and was very helpful! I don’t usually see the help this friendly anywhere else. I like JC Penney’s and don’t mind spending the money on stuff but it’s important to get good customer service. These guys nailed it!
