This is a small store compared to other ones. There is not a Sephora in this one. However, it is clean and well kept. Employees are helpful and restrooms are clean. You can also order from catalog, have pick up there. There is not a photography studio in this branch either. Nor is there a salon. The jewelry department is pretty big. Home department is small compared to others. The shoe choices also lack in variety. The rest of the departments are big enough with a good variety including infants, lingerie, juniors, men's, women's, and children's. Plenty of parking.

Always have great experiences at JCPenney! Always helpful when they can. Sorry to see the decline in sales associates on the sales floors. Understaffed to say the least.

Not much verity here, better off going to the jcp in vintage fair mall, at least yu have options like Macy's,Hollister,American Eagle,express & so on.... in case jcp doesn't cut it. Oh & they have a sephora inside the jcp in the mall but not in turlock

Smaller department store with limited selection. Merchandise is not well organized. Lack of sales staff on site make it virtually impossible to keep the store neat and orderly.
