Horrible customer service. I went in on 8/19/17 at about 4pm. They are Rude, lazy, they don't want to be there. They don't want to help customers. I will drive to Modesto for my shoes. They have better customer service.

Great selection/buy one get on 50%off. The only drawback was neither employee interacted with any of the customers.

I LOVE sketcher shoes. They are the only shoes i wear to work in and excursize in. I went to the sketchers store in Turlock today looking for a certain shoe. They had a few customers but were by no means busy. Actually after about 10 min, there was only me and another customer.. Not one employee asked if i needed help. When i was frustrated and about to leave one guy finally came and asked if i needed help and i said i need shoes for work and tried to explain what i was looking for and he cut me off and pointed to the back wall and said work shoes are over there. I tried to explain what i was looking for and he cut me off and said they are over there go look first. Um OK... so i did. I didn't see what i was looking for. and went to find the guy and he was on his phone so i  Went looking on my own. Walked past a girl that was looking at shoes and her shirt said staff on the back but i didn't know if she worked there or if it was just a shirt someone was wearing and so i said to my daughter " i really wish i had someone to help me" and the girl didn't turn around and asks me if i needed help so i assumed she was a customer (i couldn't see the front of her shirt that said she actually worked there)... I walked around some more. I was so irritated i wanted to leave but i really needed some work shoes. I finally found the shoes on my own that i was looking for. I got them. Then my daughter wanted some shoes so i let her get a pair and then i needed one for working out in so i found one on my own but it wasn't the right size. ( by then we were the only customers, i saw the front of the girls shirt that showed she DID work there, one guy was playing on his phone and the other was walking around. Not one asked for help. I even said to my daughter again that i wish someone could help me and it was loud enough for them to hear and not one asked if i needed help. i finally walked to the counter and he put his phone down, asked if we were ready, i said "no, do you have these in size -----" He then helped me. and i paid for my stuff then we left. It was so RUDE and they have ZERO customer service skills. Every few months we come in and buy 2-3 pairs of shoes from them but after today i will make the trip to the sketchers in modesto instead. SMH.
