Party supplies are affordable. They have a great selection of colors, themes, tableware, and costumes. If you need anything related to a holiday or event party city has it. There isn't much here that is expensive. Maybe the pinatas are a bit over priced for the size, but the quality of their products is exceptional

Customer service is so so so bad here. If you don't like your job, quit please. Do us all a favor. But don't ruin our day with your terrible attitude. I work as a cashier too, I understand that customer service is tough some times. But suck it up!! Or else don't be surprised if your customers tell you off. Two stars for The few employees who are nice.

I LOVE Party City! My husband and I have 5 kids so we are always having a party! The online customer service is AMAZING!! We ordered a dog machine and the alarm wouldn't shut off and they refunded our money asap. Now we can go get another and aren't stuck with a broken machine nor do I have to wait to return this one before getting a new one.

The checkers here are extremely slow! I don't think a single employee has had any register training whatsoever! I spent 30 min in line watching 2 employees standing behind the counter just looking at customers instead of running a register or helping in any way. If I didn't need Sternos last min for a party I would have left! Then one of them was having trouble with her register, and instead of calling for a manager to help out, the second checker left her position at her register to try to figure it out, when I was next in line. This will be my last visit to this store!
