Love Palominos!! Favorite place in Stilly! Food is amazing, drinks are amazing and the staff. My fiance and I always sit in the bar area. We always go for date nights.

JCP should shut this branch down. Minimal selection in housewares and bedding. They may be working on shutting down to be honest. Always bare

Terrible, always terrible experience, my wife got a gift for her birthday from her mother, the receipt specifically said that the return  could go on a giftcard. The employee was rude and argued that it couldn't be done, and a manager was standing right beside her. So the gift went back on the credit card of her mother who doesn't live around here. Do better Stillwater JCPenney!

Now the store is closing and the rudeness has intensified, it's no wonder this store is closing when the workers lock the door 15 minutes before actual closing time, and talk about you in front of you and lock the dressing rooms. Surprised it lasted this long.

The flow of the store is just "off" and it is entirely too crowded at the entrance and around the main registers. Great sales and good customer service. Expanding the plus size women's clothing would be nice.
