It would be better if people weren't caught stealing so often. It's not appropriate for kids seeing security guards and crazy women pushing each other in the middle of the aisles

One of the worst jcpenney's I've been in.  Store is usually disorganized, and help can be hard to find.  Expect to wander around for a few minutes trying to find someone to ring you up once you've actually managed to find what you were looking for.  The sales associates I do manage to find are often unhelpful and not the most polite.  I still like Penney's items and selection, but this particular store is awful.
