We went to the Macy's store yesterday and the woman who was working at the men's shirt section was very arrogant. My boyfriend is very particular about his shirts and he always tries to pick different shirt size for making sure his size so we took 3 different shirt's in two different sizes and she literally yelled at us that "Excuse me!! do you know your size? You are only allowed to take 6 shirts at a time". We had 6 in hand 3 in my hand and 3 in my bf's hand. He just tried all the three different color shirts and decided to take 2 of them and from the different sizes he tried just one and I kept the other two packed in the cart then we went to the other brand where he picked one shirt which was little loose in fitting so I went and picked the other size. That woman came near the dressing room and start discussing about us in such a way that I could clearly listen to her conversation and then she was like when you don't know your size come to me whats the point of picking so many shirts and literally it was because of the colors he didn't like and it was just one which was not fitting him properly. I totally get her frustration if it is crowded but it was literally just two of us in that entire section. You were doing nothing. If you want to convey something to us regarding anything you can just come and say politely. You have no right to yell at us secondly we are your customer even if you want to complain about us you could just wait till we go. We were not saying anything that doesn't mean that you can speak anything. I respect all the workers in every store either its Macy's or any other store because I can feel that how hard they are working and doing their job but be little polite and little generous.

Enjoyed shopping at Macy's, the employee were all helpful & very friendly. I enjoyed shopping there.

Little bit short of help. Good selection of clothes. Prices very reasonable

Bathrooms need to be updated. Toilets won't flush, wallpaper handing off the wall.  Trash all over the floor.   Just the right mix to get you to shop (somewhere else).
