WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL!!! Did my wedding registry with Dillards. I had a Wedding abroad and NONE of my guests were able to buy ANY GIFTS FOR ME AND MY HUSBAND because they don't accept international cards! DILLARDS SHOULD KNOW BY NOW THAT WEDDINGS DON'T ONLY HAPPEN INSIDE THE UNITED STATES! They aparently dont know that people move abroad and that life doesn't only happen in one place. So what should my international friends do now? THANK YOU DILLARDS HAD THE BEST WEDDING PRESENT OF ALL (NOTHING)

Asked the sales person to hold an handbag until the next day. I was informed that tjey no longer can hold items. SMH.. I hate their return policy. The worst management staff. They all need customer service training. Its always about the customer.

Always suspected for shoplifting unless i buy something right when i walk in. No one asks if i need help. They just act like they dont see you and dont want to be bothered with you.ive seen better customer service at a Mcdonalds. over priced and terrible sells people. The only place i like here is the bra section. They actually ask if you need help with anything and find things for you. I used to come here a lot for my bras and shoes but now its just so underwelming and the atmosphere is so unfriendly i really cant shop in a place like that. Now the makeup people are okay. Only tbe mac section. They help you a lot. They helped me find the perfect makeup for prom and homecoming. They know their stuff but as for the rest of the bottom floor, they obviously dont know that their job isTo help the customer
