They need to rename this store Walmart. I understand at Walmart you are not going to get any help. Two bad experiences at two different jc Penny's and I'm done forever. So sad considering what you used to be.

Theu do not open on time! 10:02 is not 10:00! When you are busy...two minutes makes a difference!!

Wrong hours are posted. Store opens at 10am. The store has been revamped but not a huge selection.

Apparently, the Jewelry Department DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :-(

I called about 10 times looking for the women's department. Half of those times they hung up in my face. The other times they transfered me to the wrong department. Very poor customer service. They seemed annoyed when I continued to attempt to ask for the item I was looking for.
