Ran by Very honest/ caring management Had problems after purchase and issues with the former salesmen who conducted business with me. Turns out he was what you would call, a bad apple as far as salesman go. Or just lazy. He wasn’t relaying my messages back to management and lying too me. He was terminated, and they covered the fix for me. Car is good as new now. So no need to worry about that happening again. Would highly recommend going here. Even though I did have an issue with my car. I can honestly tell you you’re covered here. If something doesn’t seem right reach out too these people. They are very understanding. I will be coming back for future business.

Awesome Place had a absolutely wonderful experience with upper management and the best salesman that I've probably ever had as far as a car experience. If you buy a car there definitely ask for Kelly Dial.... He will go above and beyond to make sure that he takes care of you as well as the great upper management team. Bought my 2018 Challenger there!

Do not use this service department, recommend Herb's Town and Country. I scheduled a service appointment with Landers for some warranty work. I dropped the vehicle off Wednesday evening for my appointment on Thursday. I never heard from the service advisor on Thursday, so I called Friday and found out my vehicle was never touched. The service advisor made a scheduling error and said my vehicle couldn't be looked at until Monday. They offered me a loaner car but it wasn't ready until Saturday. Because of timing I never picked it up. Monday afternoon and no update from the service advisor, I called and the vehicle still wasn't touched. Finally, Tuesday the warranty worked was performed. The work was pretty simple, alignment, replace dash trim and quote for a seat repair. When I picked up the vehicle, the service advisor informed me the technician replaced one of the trims but the other trim piece just needed tape. When I inspected the work, the technician was lazy because the job takes 3 hours since the air bag has to be removed. Also, Landers doesn't even have their own company sheets to provide repair qoutes. The seat repair was on a third party sheet. I tried several weeks to get an updated quote but the dealership kept blowing me off. I took my vehicle to Herbert Towns and they fixed everything right on the day I scheduled the appointment with them. Landers service department is a joke, they need to overhaul their service management and figure out why it sucks so bad! DO NOT USE LANDERS SERVICE DEPT!

Great selection of vehicles, but no one there to show them. I've been there two separate times to trade in my vehicle but no one came to help me. I stayed there about 20 minutes each time.

My daughter in love works here and the office and I stopped to visit with her we were going to do lunch the day before and she didn't get to keep her vehicle she had to either let her husband or oldest daughter use it to get back and forth to work so the next day I went up and sing her and everyone there is very polite so you need a car go talk to them and my daughter in love Jessica does the paperwork and she will help you cuz we are going back my husband needs a little truck
